The Out To Help project is funded by the Big Lottery for three years until September 2011, and enables us to take our tried and tested advice service out to those who, for various reasons, find it difficult or impossible to come to the bureau for help.
Importantly, the project also allows us to collect detailed evidence (anonymously) at ward level which we use to influence local policies and practices for services in the future.
The project operates in four areas around the City.
These are Abbey, Birchwood, Glebe and Moorland, and are based in buildings shared with other community organisations.
